"The decorations and hotel were nice and you did not feel like you were in a chain hotel. Tighten the outlet covers in the room. My only complaint is don't have the maid service knock on the door when you are checking out that day."

"Beautiful building. Clean room and fairly spacious. Bed wasn't super comfortable but it was fine for 2 night stay. The elevators were fast and we had a small view of the lake and Michigan Ave. Super convenient location with lots of food choices within short walk. Easy walk to museum center and Soldier Field. Close to Metra and L stations. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location made places we wanted to visit walkable. Staff, especially porters, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The perfume scent in lobby was too overpowering and really off putting. We were on 37th floor under ballroom. Noise from wedding celebration above us was too much Saturday night."
