"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"This is my go-to stay wherever I may travel! I love the separate bedroom/sleeping area, which allows for my night owl travel partner to stay up late, and yet allows me to get up early (hello coffee!). The properties nationwide are consistently clean, well maintained, quiet and secure. The beds are also consistently comfortable, and the breakfast bar is exceptional. To top all that wonderful off, the staff is friendly, helpful, engaging and kind."

"The property itself was nice and clean. However the staff was awful. We had booked and paid for a king deluxe suite through Expedia the day prior to check in and got a marvelous rate for it. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk informed us that the suite we had reserved was indeed available but that we had not paid enough for it. She called her manager for direction. After her conversation with him she proceeded to tell us that the room was not available (even though she had repeatedly said to him in their 5 minute phone conversation multiple times that the room was available) but attempted to console us by assuring us that we would get a room just not that one. She was extremely perplexed that we had paid so little for it. After 15 minutes of torment with excuses and blaming circumstances and Expedia for our not being able to have the room we actually had booked and paid for in advance. She finally gave us keys to a room. I have never stayed at a Microtel before and don’t know that I ever will again. That was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at any hotel."

"My room was very nice; love the fact they allow pets (though I did not have mine with me); love the breakfast provided (a lot of variety) including a coffee bar and waffle station. Had some difficulty with lighting in the room as some switches appeared to not work (never did figure out how to turn the lights next to the headboard on. Very clean room though the carpet it the halls could use a shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful - though apologizing for interrupting the desk clerks break upon checkout Sunday morning at 9:30am didn't seem to help. She was efficient but not very friendly. I enjoyed my stay - easy access and the hotel is literally 7 minutes from families' home so that was awesome...I would/will definitely stay there again when I return!"

"Room was good. Two comments. 1. Handicap room but toilet was not a handicap toilet. Not a big problem because bars were installed in bathroom. 2. Blackout shade could not be pulled up or adjusted. Other than that, enjoyed the room. Plenty of outlet, Bed was comfortable and room was clean."
