"We just checked out this morning. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. I have to get a huge shout out to the staff. Everyone was over the top friendly. I had to spend all day there two days in a row while my husband worked and I enjoyed my day very much because of the staff. They were just so friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch the ladies’s name that was helping with breakfast, but she was so nice. Also, the cleaning staff asked me several times during the day if I needed anything and the young man and the two women that worked the desk Friday and Saturday were amazing. These days customer service is lacking most places, but you guys rocked. Thank you!!"

"Take into account, this is a State Park, not a private resort. I personally prefer supporting public families than private business. Sure, it's not as fancy or updated in decor or appliances, but it is clean, with a focus on sustainable products, which messages with my values. It is a BEAUTIFUL setting.
