"It was en general a very good experience. The room is small but wise distributed with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, utensils etc., very useful. There's a roof top, coffee room and laundry as well. The property is in a very good condition, convenient located in a beautiful clean and calm neighborhood (Pankow) with restaurants, coffee shops, metro, trams and buses nerby. There's a beautiful park around too. If I come back to Berlin I'll stay there again :). I recommend it. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the cleaning is just once a week. They don't have AC (it does not seem to be so popular in Berlin) and could be warm in summer time. We did ask for a fan during our stay."
