Rupnagar hotel rooms a the OYO Rooms

"Hotels.com is pathetic..this organization is FRAUD..had confirmed booking and when we reached hotel premise, they refused and said we do not have any association with them. We called hotels.com and didn't get any resolution and then moved to other hotel."

"This hotel failed to allow me to stay at the hotel as they are not connected to the government service to allow international guests to stay and could only accept domestic guests. Unfortunately their posting makes no mention of this and they have failed to refund my payment, currently that is the same for Expedia as well."
