"I didn’t get my room until 5pm and missed out on arriving early to enjoy the beach. The shower had hair on the walls and I called to get it cleaned and it never was cleaned. The part that really disappointed me was the rudeness of the women in the gift shop and a the person that delivered my room service. I made the best of my stay but was not happy overall. "

"Spacious clean air conditioned room. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Grounds of the property were clean and perfectly maintained. Free shuttle to the private beach. Ambience at dinner in the evenings was superb 👌. "

"Check in was very quick and easy. We had a swim up suite that looked exactly like the photos. Swim up pool was a little chilly, but when it’s 85+ with humidity, was very refreshing. The main pool was warmer, and gigantic. The swim up bar was fully stocked and everyone took great care of all the patrons. Checked out a few of the bars. All were decent. The best bartender we came across was Amanda at the Marlin bar! She rocks. Close second was Javier (not the proper spelling but I don’t want to butcher it) also at the Marlin bar. For dining-steakhouse was quite good. The Marlin was decent. The Red Snapper was very good. But the jerk shack on the beach was the best. Both buffets were ok-had something for everyone. Being able to access the Ocean Coral Spring side was key. Most of the restaurants are on that side. As for the beach-it is a little small and a little rocky. But plenty big enough. Never once saw all the chairs taken. If I had to pick one thing to be negative about, it would be housekeeping. Even after we put the clean the room sign on the door daily, there was one day we didn’t receive service. Another day, we did get service, but no towels even though all the dirty ones were left in the tub. Another time, we didn’t receive any water in the minibar. It just seemed off. Could be a newer staff, or too many rooms for just a few people. Not sure, but it wasn’t great. All in all, a very nice resort. Would definitely return. "

"Everything was really nice. I have some minor recommendations but they're very small and otherwise more than likely not important. But I really enjoy myself. I would go back and a heartbeat."

"With the possible exception of some places in Italy, I have NEVER been to such a child-friendly environment. The staff were incredible and made us feel like home. It was like staying in a Jamaican uncle's house on the beach. We will definitely go back!"
