"Staff was very helpful and pleasant. My room was clean, comfortable and appropriate for class of hotel. Location is great. Short walk from Basel SBB and plenty of places for food and drink."

"We booked a one night stay in a Junior Suite. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower. Bottled water was also provided. The property is literally across the road from the main tram station and the main train station so very convenient location. The only negative was that we arrived at the hotel a little earlier and the hotel staff were not very friendly. We requested to leave our luggage and went out for the day. Upon returning we were greeted by Laura from the evening team who was extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. The day time staff need some training from her! Aside from this small matter, we had a good check out experience and I would definitely recommend the hotel to other travellers."

"The hotel is a short tram ride from the train station. There are several stops on the tram lines that are close giving easy access to the Old Town as well as the river, and the other side of the river. There is good Air Conditioning which was essential during the summer heat wave. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all of the essentials. there is even a filtered water dispenser on each floor. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It was much nicer than budget options, but the price was still very reasonable compared with many of the other local tourist hotels."

"The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was really comfortable. Facilities were all really useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The upgrade was excellent with free travel on public transport and discounts for attractions. Excellent location for transport and amenities. Would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend."

"Great welcoming staff! We arrived well before check-in and were able to drop off our bags, giving us the freedom to start exploring Basel straight away. We were also provided with a map and BaselCard on arrival, which gave us access to discounted public transport and attractions such a great bonus! The accommodation is conveniently located close to a tram stop, with trams departing every 15 minutes into the city. A great stay and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
