"We had one night stay and are satisfied with the overal experience. Excellent check in and out service provided, so is the evening restaurant staff. Food is fine and so is the breakfast buffet. We had a room upgrade and that was nice. On the downside the pool area which wasn't well maintained and dirty. Needs a deep clean for sure. The whole area smells old."

10/10 Excellent
From receptionists, wait staffs at the breakfast and 2 Georgian guys from house keeping, they are all friendly and the services they provide are really excellent. I love this hotel and highly recommended.
Breakfasts choices are very good too.
