Great Location. Almost equal distance to Westminster and Waterloo underground stations. Walking distance to nearly all Westminster area sites (Big Ben, Parliament, London Eye, Westminster Bridge, The Mall and Palace). Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Clean very friendly staff - breakfast was a bit chaotic and they ran completely out of food so there was nothing left to eat - but it was comfortable and close to the underground and store for supplies
