"Everything seemed to be great about the stay. As per booking I was charged for the stay upon arrival plus an early check in fee (which I agreed to). Then checked out and left. That’s when I saw the staff tried to charge me again for my stay. (Same fee that had already been charged upon arrival, and had successfully gone through upon arrival). Staff continually charge my card (which thank goodness my card declined because it noticed the first double charge upon checkout). I called to ask the staff why, and they said my card was never charged upon arrival, which my receipts and account show otherwise. I even emailed the receipt and transaction on my card to their staff to show that I had been charged upon arrival already. Staff are still trying to deny it and say it was a “hold” (even though, now 2 days later, I am still showing it as successful charge and transaction). Staff seemed to lack competency in proper billing for customers. I would warn others, because if my financial institution wouldn’t have noticed it was a double charge and decline the multiple extra attempts, I would’ve been charged an ADDITIONAL 12 times for a ONE night stay.
