"Very nice caravan in Rhyl parts right outside which is a bonus, but we had to bring our own bed sheets which was a bit strange. But everything else is great."

"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "Very helpful reception staff, providing lots of information. The room with sliding doors on to a courtyard with a water feature was beautiful. Great pool and spa area, clean and well maintained, not too busy when we visited. "

"Good hotel if a bit dated. No fridge or air conditioner in room which during this spell of hot weather could have been very beneficial. When I requested a room with air con we were told they didn’t have any but were moved to a larger room on request. No issues or additional cost for the change."

"It was a really nice older property. The staff were all lovely and helpful, they had suggestions of where to go and what to see. The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice. The dining room, was roomy and had a great views. We had dinner there a couple of nights, although there wasn't a massive choice, we enjoyed what we ordered. The room was nice and clean, but a bit dated. It really is in a great location. Very easy for Anglesey."
