"Everything excellent, from the staff to the facilities. Breakfast was high quality. Walking distance to the beautiful historical center and waterfront. "

"We had no way of contacting the hotel. There was no answer to either of the numbets we found, we took a taxi then walked to the hotel, with suitcases, up hill. To leave, they took us to the bus station in their golf cart. Lots of stairs, not so easy for us, TV did not work."

"Travelled as family with young children for 1 night. One of the best stay we had in Croatia, super friendly staff! Newly renovated rooms + Delicious breakfast. Less than 5 minutes walking to the Rovinj downtown."

"It's a nice place in a good location. I was only disappointed with the check-in, which was at a different location a 10-minute walk away. The staff person texted he could meet me at the place, and later offered to pick me up at the bus station but the latter offer came to late and the first offer was not made clear in the text. A simpler way, rather than have a separate check-in location, would be to have lock boxes at the residence so that guests could self-check-in."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is nicely decorated with pool, steam rooms and a gym. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake. The premium room was very spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality. The dinner and breakfast buffets had wide variety of options in high quality. The only downside was that drinks were not included with dinner, which was a bit unexpected. One area for improvement would be the steam rooms. Guests are not allowed to wear swimsuits in any of the steam rooms, meaning everyone must be fully nude in shared spaces. It would be more comfortable if this were optional. I would personally feel more at ease if there were separate spaces by gender or the option to wear swimwear, as I’ve experienced in other hotels. Because of this policy, I wasn’t able to enjoy the steam rooms. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel!"

"Best Hotel we have ever been too! First time in Croatia and the hotel and staff made our stay spectacular! Checked in late because other resort in the area cancelled us last minute! Sorry if I pronounce name wrong Lubro at front desk was awesome and knew of our last minute cancelation and was very nice and even next day gave us an upgrade with seaview so we could enjoy our first time in Croatia! Also Melissa which was new to hotel was kind and patient with us in showing us areas of hotel and kept checking on us everyday! In the restaurant under the lobby we will always remember Ashur for his patience in our ordering of our food and translating everything we didnt understand! Also gave us great suggestions around the hotel. Thank you Grand Park Hotel for an extraordinary stay!"
