They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

I would really recommend this hotel for a city break in Cape Town or for a longer stay. The V & A Waterfront was walkable and great location for Table Mountain etc. Great hotel, great staff and a memorable exchange for the start of our holiday in South Africa."
