"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is
understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year.

One of the cats jumped on the table where the breakfast buffet was set up. The children were allowed to run in the hallway and be loud after 10pm. Seemed odd to me when guests are trying to sleep"
