"Pros: The room is modern and new. It is spacious and clean. The shower is very functional and convenient. The beds are comfortable and clean. The property is convenient, near to different eateries and attractions. Cons: No response when messaging the property via Hotels property contact function. Unclear how to obtain the PIN after online check-in and payment. Our check out time was 11am, but around 9am someone unlocked our door while we were sleeping. This made us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe."

"Hotel is well located, being two minutes walk from the tram and metro stops, making it really easy to get around the city. Our room was really clean and had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. The pool is fantastic for anybody staying with children."

"Have stayed here before about 10 years ago when the hotel was called The Corinthian. Property has been upgraded and made more modern in most areas. The pool/sauna complex has been changed and it could do with an upgrade as the saunas and steam room are in need of some tlc. The subway station next to the hotel was unfortunately closed for our whole stay which complicated getting into downtown. Don’t remember seeing anything from the hotel when we were making the reservation through Expedia or we probably would have booked elsewhere."

"Lovely stay here, came for my wife’s birthday, really nice, the misus got a cupcake of her birthday which i thought was a really nice touch. Breakfast was “breakfast” but some more choices would have been better but a great experience overall"
