"I never got to the Ibis Hotel I tried to phone Expedia to re- book my accommodation to next month. Because I live in Kalbarri Western Australia and there was a Cat 4 Cyclone heading straight for us. I couldn’t leave my wife alone so that’s why I tried to phone Expedia to re-book to next mouth but nobody answered the phone on the other end check your records. I am very disappointed with Expedia and their service you don’t seem to care when nature disrupts your hotel accommodation. Regards David Cowey"

"The hotel is located in the most vibrant part of the city, right in the middle of restaurants. You can't ask for a better location. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with many choices, and above all, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Our stay was pleasant and memorable. We had an issue with our room, but we were promptly offered an upgrade plus drink vouchers. We will stay there again."
