"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if the sheets are actually getting cleaned or if what they’re putting on your bed. The staff was nice & changed our room but in the next room we noticed on the headboard, a random clip & used tissues. When we went to use the body wash in the shower, there was nothing & for 3 days no one bothered to check or refill it. The sink was also clogged & smelled, when we complained. They asked if the plug was pushed down we told them no & it smelled awful & there’s an obvious clog that wouldn’t allow the water to drain. When they went to fix it, they just pulled the plug up a little bit more It still was clogged & still stunk they really did nothing. We also went to the breakfast buffet in the restaurant at 10:45 AM. They happily took our almost €50and sat us down. We got our first little bit of food and started to eat & they told us the buffet was closing in 5 minutes.. they should have told us before taking our money & let us choose if we want to go or not. I would avoid this hotel!"

"The rooms were nice and suited what I needed for a week stay. I liked the spacious, comfy coworking space, and didn’t mind getting « essentials «  from cupboard to refresh towels, tp, coffee pods etc. But. The whole digital experience was awful. Had a problem with a window that wouldn’t shut at night, and couldn’t sleep with all the noise, it took 12 hours and 1 chatbot, 2 humans to finally come and tell me it broken and just leave it shut. We had a fire alarm at 9am, again no one to tell us when it was clear to return. I kept cancelling breakfast on the app, they kept arriving. Talked to the chatbot about it. They didn’t help. One morning, a human staff member tried to enter my room! To hand me the breakfast- which I didn’t order, and which was supposed to be left at door. Area feels unsafe at night, especially with a passcode to open door, which then closes slowly, and no receptionist. I don’t recommend for solo female travellers."

"The hotel staff were excellent, as there was no elevator, the lady at reception took our luggage to the room. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable but difficult for older people like us, 71 and 69 to get in and out of. Excellent location close to the central train station."

"Beautiful hotel, it’s Marriot. Great breakfast, good location, next to central station, parking around the corner. Stuff is very helpful.Restaurant downstairs is very convenient. Would stay again and highly recommend this hotel."

"The rooms are clean and compfortable. The gym is A+. I would say the main issue is the staff is a bit meh and the chairs in the main area are very uncomfotable. The hotel values form over function in the main shared area which is shiek but not best if your goal is laptop grinding. If you are traveling for work and don't care about having a gym, I think Hoteel M is superior for business travel."

"It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, rather it’s like an electronically controlled den, very small room and you feel isolated. Will not stay there again. It feels cold. "
