The studio is nice, clean and well stocked, I appreciated a lot the microwave oven! The managers are very helpful and quick to respond to any requests.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, situated perfectly in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom—it was not only spotless but also surprisingly spacious, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Great little apartment

Great apartment in a very central location. It had everything we needed. Just bear in mind it has a typical Dutch staircase so might not be ideal if you have mobility issues but this was not a problem for us. Communication with the company was really good, I got a bit hot at night so asked for a fan and they brought it over. Would definitely recommend.

This property is situated in a very lively area that is central to all that Rotterdam has to offer. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and just around the corner from multiple eating and drinking venues. If you can't handle stairs, don't book here. The staircase is extremely steep.

We travelled as a family. The apartments are nice, but not suitable for families in my opinion. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on. We opened the windows the first night and was eaten up by mosquitoes. The staff tried to help, but the damage was done. We ended up leaving early to have better facilities. Not coming back. They should find a solution so you can have fresh air in the apartment in the summer with no mosquitoes

Nice Apartment Terrible bug bites

First of all when entering I thought it looked perfect for what we needed and managed to get some sleep the first night but unfortunately the condition of the beds/bedding/pillows was appalling, stains, bumps and bugs. I was bitten everywhere and so bad that one of my hands was so swollen I had to go get my engagement ring cut off my finger. Thankfully I took pictures and videos in case I get any health conditions from it after I get home as my hand 3 days later is swollen still.

This is the mattress stained and so full of bobbly bits so not even comfy to lay on and I was bitten so badly all over my body

Ok but not great

The neighborhood and building are nice on the outside - but the patio apartment is a disappointment. First - the patio / garden is not very pleasant - gravel and weeds. Second, to get to it you have to pass through a dingy basement with all sorts of laundry piled on the floor. The room is ok but beds not very comfortable. Also, the key system is a pain. You have to use your phone and data to open all doors which is not good if you are coming from abroad or you are out all day and your battery runs out.

Room full of mosquitoes

We wouldn't be staying here if we ever visit Rotterdam again. The room had so many mosquitoes, our toddler son was bitten so badly that his face and ears were swollen in the morning. Once contacted, the property did provide mosquito repellents but the damage was done. They didn't provide any toiletries first. The room was in the basement with narrow winding staircase so it was really hard to get our bag in and out. There's no lift. And the weirdest part was that on one of the nights, someone was constantly banging on the main entrance door all night as the main entrance door malfunctioned. Not only was it highly inconvenient but also scary.

Precio calidad. Super bien!

Ha sido una experiencia súper práctica para poder ingresar! Se destaca la ubicación es excelente, la tranquilidad y los espacios del piso. Vine con mis padres, dormí en el sofá (no es el más cómodo del mundo), la cocina completa, cómoda para hacerte algo de comer. Criticas, tal vez, que no estaba tan limpio, había un tupper con comida dentro de la nevera y mugre debajo de la cama. En resumen, no está mal para pasar unas noches y conocer Rotterdam!

Goede communicatie met de host. Gemakkelijk systeem zonder sleutel om binnen te komen. Ruim appartement met hoge plafonds. Vlak naast metro en tram en centraal gelegen. In het weekend veel lawaai van nabijgelegen danscafe waardoor je niet kan slapen voor 2H. Geen handzeep of shampoo voorzien. Pannen zijn volledig versleten.

Bon logement, je retiens l'adresse

Très bien situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied de centraal station, a 7 minutes de la station metro Beeurs, propre, fonctionnel et confortable, assez spacieux. Tout parfait, sauf une fenêtre étroite dans la chambre qui n'a pas de rideaux, la lumière du jour vous reveille donc tôt le matin. A part cela, vraiment rien à redire. L'ensemble du bâtiment est calme, les escaliers très très raides, comme dans tous les bâtiments hollandais.

Horriblement bruyant

L’emplacement était très bien et l’appartement en soi agréable. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu dormir entre 2 heures du matin et 5 heures. Aucune isolation, des portes qui claquent et des gens saouls qui hurlent. Les parquets tellement sonores! Sincèrement je ne suis pas critique d’habitude mais là ce n’est pas admissible.le prix n’est pas négligeable .Je suis déçue et ne relouerai pas sur ce site.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich on der Nähe der Kneipenszene mitten in der Stadt. Wir hatten ein Apartement (Lima) im 2. Stock, erreichbar über 2 SEHR steile Treppen. Das Apartement macht auf den ersten Blick einen netten Eindruck. Es ist aber schon verwohnt und in kleinen Teilen reparaturbedürftig. Die gute Lage und den akzeptablen Preis erkauft man sich mit großem Lärm an den Abendstunden. Bei Einfachverglasung und großen, nicht fest schließbaren Fenstern direkt über einer Kneipe und an einer belebten Straße mit Straßenbahn ist am Wochenende bis morgens um 3 nur wenig Schlaf zu finden. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum entspricht leider nur Kerzenlicht, lesen fällt schwer.

Plussat: sijainti! Keskustassa ja metroaseman vieressä! Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Varustelu - täällä oli ainakin meille kaikki tarpeellinen. Miinukset: sijainti baarikadun vieressä - täällä on yöllä meteliä, mutta se kai täytyy hyväksyä keskustassa? Nuhjuisuus ja likaisuus - siivous oli jäänyt väliin. Paikat olivat kaikkialta hieman rikki.
