"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only down side was no ac and the bar by the pool was never open. We visited during summer and the pool was busy. "

"Very nice hotel, perfect for the family. The kids especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool (either indoor or outdoor) after a day walking in the lovely Alps. The dinners are typical Austrian (three course, soup, main and dessert) and might not suite everyone (been in Austria a lot myself though and find the arrangements very practical)."

"There is much to recommend this hotel. The common areas are lovely; the location beautiful; and the spa very relaxing (though nude, despite being co-ed). The concierge was attentive and helpful. We borrowed e-bikes and enjoyed exploring the surrounding Tegernsee lake area (though they had no helmets - we had to rent these nearby). There are two restaurants - a casual bar and a more formal traditional Bavarian restaurant. The food and cocktails were quite good. The rooms themselves were large but...
