Exemplary customer service and hospitality

Our visit to Tasman holiday park was cosy, private, peaceful, and revitalising. The mineral pool was under maintenance but we were given complimentary access to the polynesian spas which was much appreciated. Lovely customer oriented service at reception and from all staff we engaged with. This venue is highly recommended and we will certainly visit again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful The accomodation cabins were beautiful and had everything you could need The hot mineral spa pools were amazing and saved us a heap of money by not having to pay for the natural ones Absolutely amazing place to stay and would definitely come back and stay here again if I go back to Rotorua

Great location we have stayed here before as a group and enjoyed it but pricing is ridiculous. Not everyone in the group booked with Expedia. There are other accommodation places nearby that offer much better value for money . We will not return.

Like the cooking facilities and parking beside our apartment. Most of all, am most pleased with the laundromat opposite my unit. Though it’s quite overpriced for the wash and drying, the clothes come back clean and fragrant. Happy for it to get the laundry job done!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our studio during our stay in Rotorua it was very convenient and practical and suited our needs well. We also really enjoyed the mineral spa. I really think that our accommodation was good value. Unfortunately the only negative aspect we experienced was that the walls of our studio were paper thin and we could hear everything happening outside as well as all the sounds coming from neighbouring studios. Apart from that I would highly recommend staying here, just perhaps take some ear plugs and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rotorua.

The unit was comfortable for a 2 night stay, however, the steps up to the unit door were not safe, with little to no room to allow the door to open out towards us. Very risky and a health and safety matter.

We were really impressed with our accommodation at Tasman Holiday Parks. It was in a great spot, right next to Kuirau Park. Our room was attractive and very clean with everything you could need provided. The site itself was well equipped with mineral pools, a small swimming pool, washing facilities and so on. Would definitely recommend.

Great family friendly stay in good location, walking distance next to Kuirau park. Their spas weren't in operation but reception gave us free vouchers for the Polynesian Spa which was a nice compliment.
