"Centrally located so great for getting around. Friendly and helpful staff, helpful about providing bus information etc. Luggage storage in a locked room. Lots of kitchens and lounges. I had a private room with ensuite which was fine, a bit basic but everything I needed. Only thing I didn't like was that the bed linen was very pilly which was a bit uncomfortable."

"The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!"

" **Dates of Stay: 8-10 March 2024** Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rotorua from 8th to 10th March 2024. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we noticed that the bathroom and balcony were not as clean as we expected. However, the front desk staff took immediate action and had these areas cleaned promptly, which we greatly appreciated. They also surprised us with complimentary welcome drinks at the bar while sending the cleaner to our room. This thoughtful gesture made my birthday celebration a truly memorable one. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service throughout our stay was excellent, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and pleasant. Despite the initial cleanliness issue, the prompt response from the staff and the complimentary gesture during my birthday celebration made our stay exceptional. We highly recommend [Hotel Name] and would definitely consider staying here again. "
