"Luxury room with two double beds. Beds very firm to sleep on. Tea and coffee facilities with large TV. Staff were amazing and breakfast had a huge variety of items. Shower was a little slow and water went down very slowly but beautiful bathroom very modern. Room was large. Bar was ok but only three cocktails and didn't have the ingredients for only one of f them. Would visit again"

Very mediocre and not always as described on the menu, ordered a selection of fresh bread with oils received 3 pieces of deep fried bread and a pot of olive oil…. Sent back. Simple menu but seldom done well … Staff are really good and always very clean and welcoming."

"Though a rambling hotel covering many buildings and floors and it being in one of the heat waves so the rooms on the top floor were very hot, the stay was very good due to the friendly staff and excellent food on offer both for breakfast but particularly in the evening. This is my third stay at this hotel and is the go to one for me when working in Leicester. Cannot but highly recommend it for staying at."
