"Das Hotel war in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war das Highlight des Hotels. Diverse täglich wechselnde Details, die nicht der Norm entsprechen und mit Freude angenommen wurden. Der Kaffee war vollkommen in Ordnung und lecker aus dem Vollautomaten. Ein eigener Hotelparkplatz rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Leider waren wir nur ein langes Wochenende dort. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gäbe, dann höchstens, das es keine Klimaanlage...

"Das Einchecken war schnell und problemlos. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren zwar nicht groß, aber sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück wurde mir ein Tisch zugewiesen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotelgästen, außerdem wurde mein Tisch nicht zwischendurch abgeräumt, wie bei den anderen Gästen. Kann das wohl daran liegen, das ich eine alleinreisende Frau war ?"

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
