"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely, friendly staff who checked us in straight away and gave us great recommendations, as it was our first time in Vienna. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented. We stayed in a studio-style room with a large, comfortable bed, sofa and a TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. The kitchen area was extremely well equipped with a Smeg toaster and kettle, fridge, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, pots and pans — everything you could need to cook. There was also a coffee machine, plus black and green tea, and a small bottle of milk in the fridge which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was lovely, featuring a rainfall shower with an additional shower head, a large heated towel radiator, great shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, and a lit mirror. There were plenty of hangers and a safe; we had a small issue with this but reception arranged for it to be fixed immediately. We were visiting for my partner’s birthday and were surprised with a card, chocolates and a small bottle of prosecco, which was such a lovely gesture. Breakfast was à la carte and absolutely outstanding — the breakfast bap was genuinely the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The location was excellent, just one stop on the tram from St Stephen’s Cathedral or a short walk. We would 100% recommend this hotel."
