"Good location"

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but also very unkind. Area is a 5-7 mins Uber ride to Zurich airport but quite far to Zurich city centre."

"To Start with the breakfast could have been a little better with the money quoted to us as 15 franks per person.However the rooms were superb. Staff Excellent. Connectivity excellent.The hosts were very very accomodating. our flight landed late. there were water bottles kept in the room. I landed on my birthday there. though nothing special was done however we were welcomed with swiss chocolate which was a nice gesture. The housekeeping used to daily clean our room. The bus stop was just 3 mins from the hotel. I absolutely loved the hospitality & will definitely come back & reccomend my loved ones.Though the room was not exactly what we saw in the pictures but I did not mind as we left early & came in late."

"Tile in the shower, not clean. The lamps in our room did not work properly because of failing lightbulbs. The showerhead was broken and had to be replaced before we could take a shower. Just not a pleasant experience."

"Loved the Sorell Boutique in Zurich. Absolutely beautiful area and views. Easy to get into downtown Zurich using the tram from the zoo. Super staff! Loved our waiter, Oliver, who took our breakfast order. So professional and friendly. Our room was just perfect for our first 2 nights of our two week trip to Switzerland. Looking forward to spending our last night there before we head home."
