Hotels near Rotary Storyland and Playland

"This hotel feels like family (and we do stay there when visiting Fresno family!) The staff service is always warm and excellent and the price and location are just right. Wishes: the pool opened earlier in the AM (we head off for our day before/by 10, so always miss having a swim); and the whole place REALLY needs a renovation lift. Dingey looking and shabby, looks "risky" though I know it's clean. Pillows bad. AC light beams throughout the night (glad i had sticky notes to cover it in my briefcase!) Oh, and washable utensils for breakfast bar would be nice in this day and age, hate to see the waste in the trash. I think a soaking bucket for sorting silverware would be perfectly acceptable for your clientele. THANKS!"

"Turns out, this property is in a distressed neighborhood. Businesses closed, buildings boarded up and surrounded by chainlink fences. I guess that's why the price is so low. "

"Good quality staff. Short wait time. Easy payment and reservation system. The tv remote did not work, only one channel was available."

"Amazing, i love the staff and the yummy breakfast, no roaches and there WAS coffee in the room. The door also locks unlike others have said. Pool is full of water and refreshing but not cold. Shoutout fresno"

"Very clean room with good size bathroom, has a good size kitchen with utensils and pots if you want to cook, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Lobby staff is very nice and serves breakfast every morning. Has a gym and pool and area to play sports."

"The area was very run down, lots of homeless gathering around property, "working girls", ect. the room was dirty, floor boards grey from dirt and walls has something on them food or ???? Bed sheets were cleaned, it did not use the blanket or cover as unsure of when last washed. Thank God I did not have a blue light with me. The guy working did give a great Indian food recomendation."
