"Check in was ok. Room had some small litter on floor. Hand basin blocked up, reported it but they were unable to fix. Had to was hands, face and clean teeth over bath tub. Full breakfast advertised but not served. Only waffles juice and coffee. Parking area had heaps of cigarette butts around."

"Our stof access to trah cans inside and out. Gorbygenprice we were very happy. A cold breakfast was offered to us that morning. We had clise access yo shops and diners. Staff was friendly. There was a small crck in our window and piol was diwn. But the poool was never an advertised amenity. Very great stay. "

"Friends and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Roswell by IHG and wanted to share my feedback. This was the best hotel stay I have had in a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was excellent, and both the hostess and the cook were among the kindest people we met during our time in New Mexico. However, we did encounter one issue. An older lady from housekeeping who was mopping near the pool told my 5-year-old granddaughter that she should not be eating and talking. This incident was quite upsetting, but other than that, everything about our stay was awesome. Best regards, Rebecca Moore"
