"This was a very quaint hotel and an easy walk from the train station. We were surprised by our large balcony with a small Mountain View. We were not expecting that. The breakfast was very delicious and you can walk to all of the sights. I highly recommend. "

"Amazing spa, but disappointing room versus the photos. 2 star quality, 3 at best. The hotel itself is old. Twin room with single beds pushed together sold as a standard double, taxi service was late, parking arrangements didn't appear to be well coordinonated. Staff friendly however. "

"The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable. A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful. We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows."

"One of the windows had popped.out of the frame and hence the room was not safe. Nobody told me the reception is in another building and fortunatly there was a girl came out of the building and she showed me that the reception is in another building about 100m from the accomodation. The communicatiin should have been better. The floor number is not in the card. Better to pht a notice on the entry door mentioning that the reception is 100m away as then everyone cone there know where to pick up the key."
