"Hotel is traditional European style, beautiful wood, simple towels and bedding. Bathrooms impeccable, modern.
Dinner and breakfast excellent.
Location is excellent for touring Voltera. Note: Voltera is very hilly; the property is a walk uphill to the city center. Very convenient."

"Lovely property inside the city walls but away from the high traffic tourist areas. Well equipped with everything you need. Easy check in. We had a lovely visit in Volterra."

"What a beautiful place! It’s a wonderful place to take the kids to just be kids and have fun. Our kids took riding lessons and a cooking course, both wonderful. We were too early to enjoy the pool, but that would have been a highlight too if open.
We didn’t rent car for this trip, we wanted to force ourselves to just relax, but one would have been needed to explore more or a longer stay. The restaurant was perfect on-site - but make sure to book reservations daily, it gets busy at dinner! "

"Very cozy place for my one night stay in the Tuscany Countryside. Room is clean the tidy, pool looks amazing but weather was too chilly to use on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.
P.S. the cat is cute and friendly "

"This family owned villa is run by Francesca and her family. They were phenomenal. The beautiful villa was recently converted into a boutique hotel and has every state of the art amenity. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were spacious! The view from our room over the vineyard was awe inspiring. You can see the town of San Gimignano in the distance and it is just a short drive away. We picked this location because we wanted to visit the town and the Tenuta Torciano winery. It was just...

"Charming little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is elaborate with fresh fruits, cold cuts and all sorts of pastries. The location could not be better. Highly recommend!"
"We stayed in the suite for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful jumping off point for Tuscany. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were also great. Volterra is a sizable town and on the tourist trail for people coming in from Florence for sure, but we still had no trouble getting restaurant reservations and things were much more quiet in the evenings."
