"I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, aged 5 and 7. The accommodation consisted of a bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with a pull down sofa bed. During our 3 day stay, the sofa bed was left down, as a bed and taking up the space of a bed. The sofa couldn't be used because it was a bed. So there was no space for us to move around the lounge area.
The room was very hot and I asked housekeeping to show me how the system worked and he said it couldn't go any lower. I asked for fans and was told to only use one in each room.
Tea/coffee never topped up.
4 coat hangers and no drawers, so we had to live out of our suitcases.
I think we could have got better facilities for the money elsewhere. Nearly £1000 for 3 nights.
On a positive note, the best open, serve yourself breakfast I've ever had. Always fully stocked and good quality."
