"We weren't able to make it to breakfast. Parking was great. The room was decent,, clean. The people were good, although had a little trouble understanding them. I would definitely go back again"

"For the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units."

"The room was large and very clean. Staff was super friendly. When we came back to hotel to relax and watch TV we were disappointed in the TV list in room showing the channels available but not all channels were available. We had a handful of channels to view and had a hard time finding one with movies. We were disappointed in sound quality of TV. Had TV up to 70 volume and still could barely hear what we were watching and had to mute it when commercials came on were louder then show we were watching. "

"We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50 AM. Apparently it had something to do with the elevator malfunctioning. We were on the third floor and stairs aren’t a problem for me once I’ve had my morning coffee, but not for my partner who has knee issues. Considering the fact that there are a lot of other options in the area, I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"I requested a non-smoking room via Expedia, and I was assigned to a smoking room. I didn't have time to change this as I was on a tight scheduled with events/dinners etc. The entire room reeked with a horrible cigarette smell! All my clothes and CPAP machine are now totally smelly. Top latch/lock on the motel door was not secure so there was only one turning lock which did not feel safe."
