"Where do we begin? This agriturismo was the most pleasurable stay during our 3 week trip through several Italian provinces. It was outstanding - and in large part due to the service and gracious hospitality provided by their onsite staff, Carla and Paola. Carla is everywhere all the time and does everything. "The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together??? This gentleman just didn’t not care and was extremely unfriendly. Otherwise the hotel was okay. "
