"Well when we arrived the codes they assigned us did not work, not even the codes to the lock box. We called and emailed and couldn’t get a hold of anyone for over an hour. Once they called us it was great, the place needs abit of pest control. We walked into a house full of nats. The remote controls to the the tvs didn’t work due to dead batteries of being so old the batteries leaked. Oh and the dryer doesn’t work because it appears someone wired it up wrong. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. "This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "
