"Nice property. Good location. Very friendly and professional staff. You can tell that the property is older and although it is pretty well maintained, it is showing its age. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, nice pool. One thing that is a real plus for me is they are pet friendly, with no extra charge for your pets. No breakfast included but there is a waffle house right across the parking lot from the office"

"Clean spacious room convenient to get to Sugarland activities as well as Stafford. I had read that this property was under new management, and it is clearly being maintained and managed well. I had seen previous negative reviews, but those all seem to be prior to the new management. We enjoyed the property and the staff. I would stay again."
