"Great old hotel/hostel. Cold pool on the roof :). Everything was fine until the morning. There was a movie set construction crew building scenes in the parking lot right outside our window, so loud, couldn't sleep. I mentioned it to the staff at check out. His reply - laughs and says we were on the quiet side. We only needed one night, good enough for that. "

"I was surprised at the condition of this place since it is a “Disney good neighbor hotel.” By the time you pay for parking, there are much better options. You will want to bring your own toiletries; there’s are very low quality. The hot tub only stays on if you rig it with the string that is near the knob. The location is okay. Across the street is Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s. "

"The hot tub had feces in it while we were in the hot tub. We did not notice until we got out and turned off the bubbles. It was full of feces at the bottom, cloudy and disgusting. When we tried to report it to the staff they were very rude and hung up while I was trying to explain to them what happened. No apologies were given. Just a “yes this has already been reported” and a hang up. If it was already reported why were my children allowed to jump in? "

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."
