"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."

"I ended up not staying here because of poor inormation from the property as to getting there by public transit, and my travel rep whom I felt was trying to upsell me which I specifically asked not be done. I quickly canceled the whole thing and saved money with another better option. I had zero patience and tolerance for the nonsense."

"We only stayed one night, but our stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant."

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."
