Check in was simple and staff are friendly. The property is super clean and recently painted/updates. Water pressure is perfect, beds were comfortable enough to sleep on. Everything works and it was quiet all night. Thumbs up from us!

I liked that it was affordable and very close to a lot of different restaurants, stores, and entertainment options. It was VERY noisy with traffic on the main road and, it could definitely use better sound proofing.

Very easy to check in online. Staff was very pleasant and had keys ready when we arrived. Older building but was very clean. Minor problems with a loose tap . Some towels need to be replaced as they very very rough and thin. Not very white ( grey looking) .

Roseburg short stay

We arrived early and although we had to wait for the front desk agent, they allowed us to check in about an hour early. The room was big, the decor was fun, and the bed was decent. At 6am in the morning the toilet clogged and we had to use all our towels to clean up the floor. We called the front desk and they brought a plunger right away and some extra towels. But they never brought us clean ones to use to shower. This hotel is conveniently located in town and not far from restaurants and shopping.

bathroom broken

Room was nice and comfortable but the toilet had a major leak and we had to turn it off when not in use. Could have warned us or not used that room until it was fixed.

It wasn’t in the best location of town. Homeless everywhere. Old hotel. Outside was rough looking. Curtains were thin and one side only had a black out curtain that was stuck together in places like it was glued together. Front door jammed and was very hard to open. Rip in the comforter. The coffee pot was disgustingly dirty and had slug in the bottom of it. Not a place I would recommend or would stay in again. The woman that checked is in was very nice and polite and helpful.

I dont like leaving negative reviews however everything about the room was poor. Carpeting had multiple dark stains. The sheets and pillows were pilled and wrinkled, and the bottom sheets had multiple hair strands . The room smelled. The staff person was apologetic and refunded our "discounted" price of $162.00. I would not recommend staying here.

The night clerk was very helpful and friendly. Problem was the room was disgusting. No soap in the room for washing, tub was dirty, pink soap scum on the built in shelf. Rug was so gross you didn’t want to take your shoes off. Smelled like someone just cooked in there. Tried to run the fan to get rid of smell and it blew curtains up for world to see inside the room. The bathroom slopes down like the building is falling off the mountain. No blankets. I did not call office as I was desperate for a room - I am annoyed that my points were used to go towards this sty. Price was not accurate as Expedia said room was 55 but the it went up to 88 and the “discounted” because of points….

Number one no one has ever there! Number two you list that there's breakfast and there isn't any breakfast and nobody's there to allow you to get in to get your cereal bowl box as it is. Three I will guarantee that I'll never stay there again!
