"This hotel is located about a mile south of central Ashland (where the Oregon Shakespeare Festival is), and it was considerably cheaper than anything else in the area. Even though it wasn't expensive, it offered a good-size, clean, quiet room in a good location for us. The entire staff (Melissa, who checked us in, Adelika, who helped us with breakfast, and Shasta, the manager) were kind, friendly, and made us feel completely welcome. This is now our hotel of choice when we visit Ashland."

"Parking was easy! The hotel is located in a shopping center with grocery, dining and even pet supplies within walking distance. Property is located just off the interstate "

"The parking was close and there were security cameras in multiple placed. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I needed a last minute change to my rooming and the staff accommodated me with no fuss. I would stay there again and I'm very safety conscious. I was in a sporting event for several days and knew I would be really sore at the end of the day and the hot tub was nice at the end of the day. "

"Room was mostly clean. Need more chairs by pool area and believe there was a event and restaurant not prepared. Ran out of most food and hour wait. Staff super friendly. "

"This hotel was advertised as a Holiday Inn Express. The reminder and address they sent out said so. They haven't fixed their letterhead. It has changed names to The Lodge at Roseburg. This was all very confusing! It was not like a Holiday Inn Express at all! It was more of a dated motel. It is currently not worth the $ to stay here! It needs to be completely remodeled, and in the meantime, the prices should be much lower! Our TV didn't even work."
