This hotel is nice. However it is not in Buenos Aires. The price they charge for a room is way over market. Good breakfast in the morning. Only stayed one night because it was too expensive.

Everything was good, except my mother slipped in the bathtub because it didn't have nothing non-slip. Even the floors of the bedroom and bathroom were slippery. The regulation on the temperature of the water was not working properly, or to hot or to cool. The breakfast buffet was so good, except they need to put some signs in the meals.

Nos llamó la atención que llegamos media hora antes y no nos hicieron el ingreso, solo nos informaron que teníamos que esperar hasta las 13 horas. Lo que pasó después es que a las 14 éramos varios los huéspedes y se demora el ingreso. Sugerencia, si llegas antes háganle el check in, así agilizan el ingreso. En general todo bien. Los colchones de las camas estaban muy degradados, o sea muy blandos.

El hotel, lindo, el dormitorio, comodo, pero con colchones con resortes, muy movedizos, si alguien se sentaba se sentia mucho si el otro estaba acostado. El baño, estaba limpio, podria haber estado mejor, la mesada, estaba con muchas marcas, como si hubiesen estado con vasos o algo apoyado. Y lo que si no me gusto, fue el estacionamiento, ya que no cuentan con uno propio, y se debe abonar aparte.

En general, buen hotel. Termine pagando más que lo que Hotels.com habia dicho que saldría, pero ya estaba ahi. Tengan en cuenta que los precios no son los mismos, desconozco el motivo. Me habian dicho que saldría una cosa, y termine pagando mas al llegar al hotel. No me supieron decir el motivo de la diferencia de precios. En cuanto a la atención, la verdad muy bien todos. Muy buen trato de Lautaro y su compañero en recepcion. El desayuno, bien y buen servicio en general. Bien la pileta y el sauna. Valio la pena. La calidad/precio de la habitacion deja que dejar respecto de los muebles, pero en cuanto a tamaño esta muy bien. Hay cocina y heladera, pero no hay ningun utencillos de cocina (ni platos ni cubiertos) asíque es lo mismo que no tener nada.
