The rooms had a foul smell and the hot tub didn’t have hot or clean water! :+( Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly except for when I asked for the hot water for the jacuzzi, when I was told that it was only seasonal and that a jacuzzi is only used for the jets, not for the warm water LOL Honestly, I chose that hotel over others because of the jacuzzi on the terrace…

Everything was great! Breakfast, cleanliness, staff, jacuzzi on the roof top, garage. The neighborhood was good but there is an emergency neighborhood 1 block away the hotel. The river is 2 blocks far from the hotel, very beautiful!

The staff were all very nice and accommodating; the hotel clean and modern. I experienced some issues with getting a parking space upon check-in, so if you have a car I would suggest contacting the hotel in advance to secure a space. If you plan to visit the pool, keep in mind it’s only open til 7pm.

New and modern hotel, comfortable rooms and parking facility, close to Alto Rosario mall, but the surroundings are not that safe to walk. The fridge in the room had no sodas or beverages. Very good breakfast.

Excessive and unjustifiable charges As a seasoned traveler, I was genuinely astonished to be charged over USD 82 to dry clean a single suit—something I have never encountered before at any hotel worldwide. Such an excessive fee is simply unjustifiable and reflects poorly on management’s oversight of guest charges.

Quiero dejar asentado varias cosas: El VIP acceda no sirve absolutamente para nada en esta propiedad ya que no hubo ningún tipo de upgrade, ni siquiera el servicio de parking (ya que no había disponibilidad). Únicamente como cortesía dejaron 5 caramelos en la habitación (un chiste) y por suerte un late check out de 2 horas sobre el horario de salida. Ahora vamos a lo peor de todo… la tarifa al parecer NO ES FINAL, a pesar de que expedía diga que el total a abonar en la propiedad es la que figura… el hotel cobró el IVA por sobre la tarifa y en ningún lugar figuraba que el precio era + impuestos. Eso hubiese cambiado totalmente la elección del hotel. El tipo de cambio lo eligen ellos y lo facturan en pesos, otra cosa que está mal… definitivamente tiene que ser un llamado de atención para Expedia
