"Overall a wonderful experience. The bar and lobby are beautiful and charming, filled with gorgeous treasures. The hotel feels authentic and staff are quickly familiar and warm. Considering the price, the rooms are pretty run down with old carpets and dingy showers. Staff was not particularly helpful with organising activities. The garden is very atmospheric and dinner is decent but it is annoying to have to pay a fee for the table every evening despite being a guest. Breakfast is very basic. AC worked well and it’s lovely to be close to the beach even if it means being further from the city center. Overall was very happy staying here but there is room for improvement."

"Lovely hotel on the lido, easy to get to and from with the regular bus for the water buses to the centre of Venice. Room was quiet and big enough with a view of the beach ⛱️ staftt were friendly and polite. The breakfast for us was enough, standard continental affair."
