"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! Top Roosevelt Roads Hotel Reviews

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms were super clean along with everywhere else. You can kayak for free on the beach. The pools were nice and clean and open till 10:00am. On Saturday, there was calypso band playing near the lobby. Nectar is by far the best restaurant and the staff are super nice as well as the main lobby staff for the hotel. The Sand trap restaurant is horrendous, cheap tasting food (fries, burgers, tenders…) and the staff are super rude. Avoid it! I’ve been here multiples times and will continue to stay as it’s an amazing location."
