"My stay in StayEasy hotel was just okay. Employees are kind, I received a warm welcome in my first day. My room was also clean when I arrived, problem is they wanted to clean it and I told them to give 5 minutes to dress up so that I can give them space to clean. I went to a swimming pool for an hour and 30 minutes only to find out my room was still dirty , I was so disappointed. Breakfast was just okay, I wish they can have options of food. "I made plans to arrive a day early for my scheduled safari tour which was gathering to begin our journey at this hotel. I reserved an extra night and was very happy with the hotel facilities. I needed to eat dinner late that first night due to flight delays, and the hotel restaurant stayed open until 10. They were very gracious about me showing up nearly at closing time. I was able to order and eat while they cleaned up. I grabbed a glass of wine at the bar which was also due to close at 10- and took it to my room to unpack. The hotel facilitated a tour of Soweto for me the next day. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, which was slightly difficult to arrange, but I was met at the airport with someone holding a sign with my name. He carried my bag to the car and drove me to the door and helped me in. The hotel is not located in Pretoria proper, but they accommodated guests who wanted to arrange tours. Nice room. Excellent, helpful staff."

"The views are amazing, you forget you are close to the city. The service was great. Ver friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s dinner performance by the saxophonist was amazing. The rooms might need to be upgraded soon. Towels were a bit hard. But we then upgraded to the executive suites and that side everything was great"
