"Very friendly but basic hotel. Rooms are nice and clean but small. Nice bar serving drinks and snacks. Only real downside was the smell of cigarettes in the corridor."

"Sur les photos ca avait l air correct mais en vrai.... j avais reserve la chambre premium mais si c etait celle que j avais, je plein les autres. On entend le moindre mouvement que les personnes au dessus font. Les tuyaix d évacuations des eaux sont apparents, les tuyaux de chauffages egalement, aucune finition n est bien faite. La seule chose positive est que le lit est plutot confortable. "

"OK for one night. The rooms are in an old stable block that has been converted. There is a small bistro and bar on the ground floor offering basic but good food. Right next door is a park with an arboretum and an old chateau. There is a children's playground and large cafe in the grounds. There is a stud and horse riding club alongside the rooms. The rooms are small and the breakfast area is cramped but you can take your breakfast to your room. There is another restaurant across the road."

"Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre."

"The room was to be fair clean and presentable and warm. On site parking is great. However the town is not pleasant and i felt very unsafe. Had to keep an eye on my wallet and phone"
