"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. "The resort is a five minute walk from the main street and for us that was a big plus. The main street has a loud, dingy Phuket-like vibe which doesn't appeal to my wife and me. We stayed in the ocean view suite, which was fabulous for the Moalboal area. Beautiful ocean views when the weather permitted and a ten minute walk to the main sardine run area. We didn't dive but the low tide is extremely low so I saw people walking with their gear to the water and the dive boats. SECRET CHEAT CODE - the dive shop has a freezer full of ice cream novelties for sale. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was pretty meh but there are a number of better places close by so we only ate one dinner there. The laundry service is a great convenience and the staff is overall very helpful."
