"North American couple on vacation: we liked this hotel, it's small, clean, the staff was friendly. It looked like the pictures, and had a pedestrian only street in front. The mattress was the hardest we'd ever encountered. Our issue was being white people with poor Spanish. We chose Armenia as a bigger town central to the coffee growing area, as we were going to be visiting several towns in the area. This hotel isn't in tourist area, though. "Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the...
