"The hotel was great. The lady, I think her name was Diane but I unsure. She wasn't very friendly and gave my husband the stink eye everytime we were in the lobby. Like we were going to rob the place. When asked what she would recommend to do in the area ...short excursion since it was near 4pm. She wasnt very pleasant but she could have been having an off day. "My room was very nice; love the fact they allow pets (though I did not have mine with me); love the breakfast provided (a lot of variety) including a coffee bar and waffle station. Had some difficulty with lighting in the room as some switches appeared to not work (never did figure out how to turn the lights next to the headboard on. Very clean room though the carpet it the halls could use a shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful - though apologizing for interrupting the desk clerks break upon checkout Sunday morning at 9:30am didn't seem to help. She was efficient but not very friendly. I enjoyed my stay - easy access and the hotel is literally 7 minutes from families' home so that was awesome...I would/will definitely stay there again when I return!"
