The room was absolutely filthy and there was no one willing to rectify the issue. There was hair in tub, urine on the floor by the toilet, the room smelled of complete urine. Hair on the pillows, oil/fingerprint smudge marks on the lamp and dresser. Overall disgusting. We all slept with our clothes ...
