"We had a wonderful stay at Una Hotel in Trastevere! The location is perfect for exploring the charm of the neighborhood while still being close to all the main sights in Rome. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Beatriz, Alice, and Sopia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special, and we truly appreciated how attentive they were to every request. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time. Thanks to their care, we felt completely at home and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Una Hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we look forward to returning!"

"We loved the location! Could walk almost everywhere and ate at 2 amazing restaurants around the corner from the hotel, one of them having great gluten free options for me! Loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Very quiet even though in a busy area. Great breakfast options, with great selection including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit juices and fruit ,different coffee options! They have vending machines for snacks and wine! Could buy tokens to do laundry. Loved staying at IQ Roma and would highly recommend!"
