Excellent place with spacious rooms. The initial introduction is a little daunting due to the steep stairs from the entrance. The suite was very well equipped with two big screen, TVs and a fridge. We plan to go back there in a few days for more of the excellent hospitality Amazing location and long time family run small hotel only three rooms

The room was spacious and clean. Vincent and Jessica were amazing and Vincent helped us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room late one night. Jessica was lovely and made sure we had our breakfast orders in. The cafe downstairs was amazing and very convenient. Also we got our Uber rides right on the corner. Easy walking to the Trevi Fountain and tge Spanish Steps. I highly recommend a stay here. Keep in mind you have to go up the steps to the second floor to get to your room.

Location can't be beat. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Breakfast is OK, maybe add some fresh fruits/yogurt but there is a grocery shop around the corner so not a big deal. Fantastic experience.

This is the best stay in Rome. The service was top notch. Breakfast was served at your door with a preference of times and choices of food. The area is within walking distance to many of the main attractions and restaurants. I would come back to this one. The servers at the next door bar and restaurant were very friendly. Amazing time! Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the team was so hospitable, were available for all our questions, and the location could not be more perfect. We were right in the middle of all the activity, minutes from historical sites and amazing food, and had a phenomenal time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was prompt and delicious. I look forward to getting to stay here again during my next trip to Rome!

The area is very conveniently located to a bunch of shops and restaurants and is very walkable to main attractions and metro stations to get a bit further. The staff was amazing. My husband and I didn't have our luggage for the first day because it was lost on the way there and they helped coordinate with the airport luggage service to get it delivered to where we were staying. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very centrally located, within 30 to 35 minutes walking distance to the Vatican, Colosseum and all the other wonderful sites. A nice plaza outside the front door with 3 restaurants for inside and outside dining. Shopping was close by. Vincent Mercado, the manager, was very helpful arranging transportation to the airport. We had a wonderful 50th Anniversary trip.
